Clara is hiring a Strategic Finance Expert to develop and execute business and financial strategy, maintain consolidated financial models and forecasts, improve SG&A and reporting processes, evaluate new product and feature ROI, build financial dashboards and analytical tools, support investor relations and fundraising materials, and partner with global and local leadership teams. The role prioritizes applicants in Mexico City and São Paulo, requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3–4 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, management consulting, FP&A, strategic finance, or data science, and requires bilingual English and Spanish or Portuguese proficiency.
