Granola is hiring its first Strategic Finance Lead to build the financial operating rhythm supporting the company’s next stage of growth. The role owns financial modeling, forecasting, planning, budgeting, performance analysis, unit economics, and strategic decision support, while partnering with functional and executive leaders. Candidates should have 5–8 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate finance, or similar roles, with experience in financial modeling, forecasting, SaaS business models, and translating analysis into recommendations. The position offers $170,000–$200,000 plus equity and benefits.
