Description
Nourish is hiring a full-time Strategic Finance Lead to serve as a high-impact business partner across the organization. The role focuses on strategic projects, investment decisions, cost and unit-economics optimization, growth initiatives, planning, data analysis, ad hoc work supporting capital raises and M&A, and closing operating gaps. The lead will report to the CFO or Senior Strategic Finance Lead and work closely with founders and VPs. The position is open to NYC-based candidates only, with an expectation to work in person 3–4 days per week and some remote flexibility.
