Description
Pivotal Health is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to lead complex financial and strategic analyses, build financial models, analyze operational and financial data, support forecasting and long-range planning, and contribute to investor and Board materials, capital raises, and strategic transactions. The role reports to the Director of Strategic Finance and Analytics and requires investment banking or a similarly rigorous analytical background, 3–5 years of investment banking experience, strong financial modeling and analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment. Healthcare or startup experience is a plus, and the role is open to candidates outside the primary Los Angeles and New York hubs with varying remote and hybrid flexibility.
