Aegis AI is hiring a Strategic Finance Operations leader to serve as the financial and operational force multiplier for its CEO and founding team. The role owns budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, accounting infrastructure, ERP and billing implementation, payroll, vendor negotiations, fundraising models, investor diligence, SaaS metrics, cloud economics, pricing strategy, and cross-functional financial alignment. It is designed for a hybrid operator-financier with 4–7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, Big 4 accounting, or strategic finance at a high-growth startup, with CPA, CFA, or deep accounting knowledge preferred.
