GDIT is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Manager to drive new business development and manage existing programs for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). The role involves interfacing with FDIC leadership, developing strong relationships with decision-makers, and fostering a high-performing team. Responsibilities include leading the new business development lifecycle, participating in all phases of the capture and growth cycle, and ensuring alignment of GDIT's capabilities with client needs.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of related experience
10+ years of progressive Federal Civilian leadership experience
in-depth leadership experience supporting programs at the FDIC
Proven experience driving culture change and leading a dynamic mission-focused teams
Strong strategic development and implementation experience, directing large teams
Experience with federal proposal processes, delivery and execution
Preferred Qualifications: Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers P/PM Senior Level 3 (FAC P/PM)
Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional (PMP)
