TKMS is hiring a Strategic IT Procurement Manager to develop and improve procurement strategy for IT hardware, software, cloud services, telecommunications, IT services, and digitalization projects. The role leads domestic and international tenders and negotiations, manages supplier portfolios and risks, oversees contract performance, and ensures compliance with information security, data protection, export control, and other regulatory requirements. Candidates need a relevant university degree or vocational qualification, 3–5 years of strategic IT procurement experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and very good German and English proficiency.
