Description
The Strategic Procurement Contract Manager will manage complex IT managed service contracts, including preparation, drafting, review, amendment, risk assessment, claims negotiation, documentation, standardization, and tender preparation. The role is based 50% in Düsseldorf and 50% remotely, started on 15 September 2026, and runs until 31 March 2027 with an extension option. It requires several years of strategic procurement experience, complex IT managed service contract experience, strong German and English communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
