Base is hiring a Strategic Ops generalist to support growth across new markets, channels, products, and geographies. The role owns end-to-end operational infrastructure, identifies and fixes bottlenecks through process changes, automation, or tooling, translates data into actionable insights for Sales, Growth, and leadership, and leads cross-functional initiatives from design through execution.
