Description
Overflow is hiring a Strategic Operations Lead to build and lead the company's operational foundation across payment operations, physical fulfillment, and compliance. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the role will lead Payment Operations and Tap Operations teams, establish strategic operating rhythms and metrics, own the tooling stack, champion AI adoption, manage SOC 2 compliance, and serve as an operating thought partner to the CPO and CEO. The position requires senior operational leadership, payment operations knowledge, SOC 2 experience, AI fluency, analytical ability, and hands-on team leadership. The base salary is $120,000–$200,000, with equity, commission eligibility, and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
