Description
Shields Health Solutions is hiring a Strategic Operations Manager in the Chicago, Illinois metro area to partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives, operational excellence, business transformation, and enterprise strategy. The role leads cross-functional projects, develops financial models and business cases, conducts market and competitive analysis, supports executive decision-making, evaluates acquisitions and partnerships, and drives organizational performance improvements. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least three years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, strategic finance, FP&A, transaction advisory, M&A, business operations, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment, along with strong financial modeling, valuation, Excel, PowerPoint, communication, and project-management skills. The position offers a base salary of $130,000 to $140,000 plus an annual bonus opportunity and approximately 25% travel.
