Description
Relay is hiring a Strategic Operations Manager - Partnerships to build and scale its accounting and bookkeeping partner program. The role owns channel revenue planning, go-to-market frameworks, sales processes, enablement, pipeline and onboarding optimization, analytics, CRM and reporting systems, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, RevOps, and Engineering. Candidates need at least four years of experience in sales, partner enablement, partnerships, consulting, strategy, business operations, sales operations, or a similar channel-facing role, along with CRM, BI, analytical, and communication skills. The annual salary range is CAD 126,000 to CAD 154,000, with a typical starting salary of CAD 140,000.
