Google is hiring a Strategic Partner Development Senior Associate to expand its cross-device ecosystem by identifying and securing partnerships with global organizations, chipset makers, device manufacturers, and system integrators. The role leads exploratory discussions, business cases, and complex commercial and technical agreements; manages partner accounts; collaborates with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Sales teams; and conducts market analysis to support cross-device connectivity and casting technologies. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, four years of relevant experience or two years with an advanced degree, and experience with C-level executives, cross-functional teams, and agreements or partnerships. Compensation is $112,000–$161,000 USD plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
