Description
The Strategic Partnerships, Workforce & Community Impact Manager leads construction community engagement and community impact initiatives through an internal SPW&CI committee. The role builds relationships with clients, project teams, government officials, community leaders, trade partners, educational institutions, labor organizations, and nonprofit organizations; develops workforce development, economic development, volunteerism, philanthropy, and public affairs programs; coordinates outreach and reporting; and serves as a liaison among internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and external partners. The position requires full-time on-site work at the project jobsite, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, and at least five years of combined experience in community engagement, philanthropy, public affairs, economic development, community outreach, compliance, or client relations.
