Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a Strategic Transactions Analyst in Littleton, Colorado to support merger and acquisition, venture capital, strategic cooperation, joint venture, co-development, licensing, and other partnership activities. The role develops investment theses and business cases, leads cross-functional deal execution, prepares executive presentations, performs financial modeling and due diligence, and coordinates technical, legal, and operational assessments. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of related experience, strong financial modeling and analytical skills, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
