Amgen is hiring a Strategic Planning & Operations Sr Manager for its Global Customer Capabilities & Innovation organization. The role partners with GCCI leadership to translate strategy into execution through business planning, performance management, operational support, cross-functional collaboration, project oversight, leadership-team support, and organizational transformation. It is a flexible commuter role based in Thousand Oaks, California, or Deerfield, Illinois, requiring on-site work at least three days per week. The position requires a doctorate with two years of relevant experience, or progressively lower degrees with more years of experience, and offers a U.S. annual salary range, health and welfare plans, retirement contributions, bonuses, stock incentives, and flexible work arrangements.
