Applied Materials is hiring a JOLT Program Management Office (PMO) Manager in Santa Clara, California. The role manages annual strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, executive forums, program trackers, scorecards, dashboards, and AI-enabled PMO tools; partners with supply chain, manufacturing, business-unit, AGS, and global quality operations; and conducts semiconductor industry analysis. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, strong communication and problem-solving skills, advanced AI fluency, and Microsoft Office proficiency, with preferred experience in semiconductor operations, program management, and business strategy. It is a full-time regular assignment with 20% travel and a salary of $133,500 to $183,500.
