Sila is hiring a Director of Strategic Planning to design, scale, and lead demand, production, supply chain, and SIOP planning for its battery materials business. The role owns end-to-end planning, inventory and operations strategy, multi-year forecasting, real-time scheduling and ERP reporting, automation and custom software, value-chain optimization, and the strategic planning team. It requires at least 10 years of leadership experience in strategic planning, supply chain, or industrial operations, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related technical field, and expertise in advanced planning systems and enterprise systems. The role is onsite and offers a starting base pay of $193,000 to $244,000.
