BRP is hiring a Global Manufacturing Strategy Lead to define, deploy, and evolve the global manufacturing strategy. The role leads strategic planning and transformation across operations, finance, human resources, and manufacturing sites; develops analyses, roadmaps, governance, and a Strategic Planning Centre of Excellence; and presents recommendations to senior management and the Board. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, significant strategy or manufacturing experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in French and English.
