Description
Amazon’s Rapid & Rural Logistics team is hiring a Strategic Program Manager to lead AI enablement across its operational businesses. The role will design and execute employee upskilling programs, AI adoption roadmaps, playbooks, role-based pathways, and an AI Champions network; partner with technology teams to scale employee-built prototypes into production solutions; and measure adoption, productivity gains, quality improvements, and ROI. The position requires at least five years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, and experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. It is available in New York and Bellevue, Washington, with annual base salaries of $127,200–$185,000 and $115,600–$160,000 respectively.
