MISUMI Americas is hiring a Strategic Program Manager to partner with customers and cross-functional teams on complex engineering and manufacturing programs spanning new product development, new product introduction, and mass production. The role manages timelines, risks, changes, milestones, quality standards, and operational improvements while serving as a customer advocate and subject matter expert. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering, at least five years of project or program management experience in engineering or manufacturing, and hands-on experience with NPD, NPI, and high-volume manufacturing. The position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, stipends, parental leave, and other benefits, with a salary range of $105,000 to $150,000 per year.
