INSPYR Solutions is hiring a Strategic Program Manager in Vienna, Virginia for an initial six-month hybrid contract with possible extensions, paying $60–$69 per hour. The role leads multiple complex business programs and initiatives from prioritization through execution, benefits realization, change management, and performance improvement. Responsibilities include program governance, stakeholder alignment, executive reporting, risk management, budget and resource coordination, and business readiness.
