Description
Physical Intelligence is hiring a Strategic Project Lead to own the delivery of high-priority research and deployment projects. The role partners with researchers and stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and operational requirements; prioritizes work and allocates resources; builds staffing, robot, dependency, milestone, and delivery plans; directs execution across Research Associates, Production Operations, and partner teams; resolves risks and bottlenecks; and improves planning and operational systems. The role requires at least two years of experience in program management, operations, technical project management, consulting, startup operations, or similar work, along with experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
