Description
Turing is hiring an Operations Lead to own the production systems and delivery operations for software-engineering data programs. The role manages end-to-end data pipelines, quality and throughput, contributor performance, customer relationships, and scalable playbooks across supervised coding demonstrations, agentic trajectories, reinforcement-learning environments, benchmarks, and rubric-based evaluations. It requires software engineering or technical program management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, customer-facing experience, and the ability to read and review code; experience with AI evaluation harnesses, distributed contributor networks, or frontier AI labs is a bonus.
