Description
Turing is hiring a Senior Software Production Lead to own the production systems and operations behind software-engineering data programs. The role manages end-to-end delivery, customer relationships, large-scale contributor coordination, quality control, process innovation, and playbook development for AI data, reinforcement-learning environments, benchmarks, code review, and rubric-based evaluations. It requires experience in complex, multi-stakeholder operations, strong analytical and communication skills, and customer-facing experience. Compensation is $150,000–$280,000 base salary for the Senior Software Production Lead, with total target compensation of $300,000–$500,000 including variable and equity.
