Handshake is hiring a Strategic Projects Lead to own the end-to-end execution of large-scale human data programs supporting frontier AI model training and evaluation. The role coordinates hundreds to thousands of Fellows, designs staffing models and workflows, manages delivery quality and cost targets, and partners with AI labs and senior stakeholders. Candidates need at least two years of experience in consulting, technical, analytical, software engineering, data, analytics, or technical product roles, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, and ownership skills.
