Handshake AI is hiring a Strategic Projects Lead to run multi-week to multi-month coding-data initiatives for AI and platform teams. The role coordinates SWE Fellows, designs technical evaluation and annotation workflows, manages delivery, quality, margins, and customer relationships, and builds Python, TypeScript, and SQL infrastructure for QA, analytics, and reporting. Candidates need at least four years of technical or analytical experience, a relevant technical degree or hands-on coding experience, strong coding and analytical skills, and strong stakeholder management abilities.
