Handshake AI is hiring a Strategic Projects Lead, Coding/RLE to run multi-week to multi-month coding-data initiatives for AI and platform teams. The role coordinates SWE Fellows, designs technical evaluation and annotation workflows, creates coding assessments and rubric-driven code-review processes, instruments quality signals, and builds Python, TypeScript, and SQL infrastructure for QA, analytics, and reporting. It requires 2+ years of technical or analytical experience, a relevant technical degree or coding background, strong coding and data-quality skills, and strong stakeholder management.
