Description
Prolific is hiring a Strategic Projects Lead, Managed Services to own end-to-end delivery of complex AI and human-data client programmes. The role manages client relationships, translates evolving requirements into project plans, coordinates Sales, Operations, Product and Engineering, monitors delivery metrics, and improves scalable project processes. Candidates should have 3–6+ years of experience managing complex client projects, knowledge of AI/ML workflows, strong client-facing and analytical skills, and the ability to lead across teams. The role is full-time and remote, with a base salary of $150,000–$200,000 per year for San Francisco or New York.
