The employer is seeking a Strategic Purchaser / Purchasing Manager – Public Procurement in Berlin to manage legally compliant procurement for a client. The role covers national and EU tenders, goods, services, construction, engineering, and technical investment projects, including supplier comparisons, ordering, goods receipt, master data, claims, invoicing, and documentation. Candidates should have commercial training, several years of purchasing experience, especially in public procurement, and knowledge of Berlin procurement regulations; SAP MM, MS Office, electronic supplier management, and fluent German are also required.
