The role covers market analysis, sourcing and negotiation, tender preparation, supplier qualification and risk management, cost optimization, SAP MM documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need a relevant degree or training, several years of strategic purchasing experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, German and English proficiency, and occasional travel. The position offers 35 hours per week under a flexitime arrangement and is paid according to the Metal NRW, ERA pay agreement.
