BKF is hiring a Strategic Pursuits Lead to support its Transportation team. The role leads strategic pursuit planning and business development for major transportation infrastructure opportunities, including proposals, qualifications, interviews, presentations, go/no-go assessments, win strategies, compliance reviews, pursuit team coordination, QA/QC, client and partner relationships, competitive intelligence, and staff mentoring. The position requires at least five years of experience leading and winning competitive prime transportation proposals, a relevant bachelor's degree, transportation-market expertise, strong communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency with proposal management software and Adobe InDesign. It is a hybrid-eligible, salaried role with an annual base salary of $103,000-$141,000.
