BKF is hiring a Strategic Pursuits Lead to support its Transportation team in leading strategic pursuit planning, business development, proposal and qualifications submissions, interviews, presentations, win strategies, compliance reviews, and pursuit-team coordination for major transportation infrastructure opportunities. The role requires at least five years of experience leading and winning competitive prime transportation proposals, strong knowledge of transportation infrastructure and procurement requirements, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with proposal management software and Adobe InDesign. It is a salaried, likely full-time hybrid role with periodic travel, based at BKF offices or client locations; the posting provides an annual salary range of $103,000 to $141,000.
