The role owns long-form proposals, translates complex technical specifications into client-focused narratives, and contributes to bid evaluation, win strategy, interviewing, and contract negotiation. It requires 5–8 years of proposal management or business development experience, strong writing and cross-functional collaboration skills, and is remote with a preference for West Coast-based candidates.
