MISUMI Americas is hiring a Strategic Solutions Engineer - CNC to advise strategic customers on complex CNC manufacturing programs and support their transition from prototype to production. The role covers DFM/DFA reviews, GD&T and engineering-drawing interpretation, CAD and reverse-engineering work, mechanical-assembly guidance, cost optimization, manufacturing-risk assessment, and quality-compliance awareness. It is primarily customer-facing and requires 6+ years of relevant manufacturing experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience, CNC and casting expertise, SolidWorks proficiency, and 30–40% travel. The position offers standard office and remote work, onsite manufacturing-floor and trade-show work, and a salary of $125,000 to $142,000 per year.
