Description
Boston Scientific is hiring a Senior IT Sourcing Specialist in Costa Rica to develop and implement sourcing strategies for the Global IT category, negotiate agreements, manage supplier relationships and performance, and create RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of sourcing experience, end-to-end sourcing, negotiation, and contract-management experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and working knowledge of SAP and Ariba. IT sourcing experience, professional certification, strong negotiation and communication skills, and problem-solving ability are preferred.
