Description
The Strategic Sourcing Manager will manage indirect-spend category negotiations and lead complex sourcing initiatives from strategy development through execution, supplier evaluation, vendor negotiations, contract development, and value realization. The role partners with business and procurement stakeholders, supports supplier relationship and contract lifecycle activities, monitors sourcing KPIs, and promotes compliance and risk mitigation. Candidates need a master's degree with four years of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree with six years of relevant experience, along with strong strategic sourcing, category management, negotiation, stakeholder management, and project leadership capabilities.
