Hi-Line is hiring a Strategic Sourcing Manager for an onsite role in Farmers Branch, Texas, working Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The role manages supplier relationships, leads the buying team, oversees product lifecycle and inventory purchasing, improves KPI reporting and forecasting, analyzes market and supplier risks, and negotiates pricing, terms, quality, and lead-time relationships. Candidates should have at least five years of purchasing experience, experience with 20,000+ SKUs, team management experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical, leadership, and negotiation abilities; distribution experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
