Roblox is hiring a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead contract and pricing negotiations for software and tools, support vendor reviews, analyze spend and cost data, forecast technology needs, manage legal agreements, negotiate prices and terms, reduce costs, centralize hardware and device procurement, monitor software renewals, and lead RFx processes. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least six years of strategic sourcing and negotiation experience, software licensing knowledge, procurement experience, and strong negotiation and communication skills. The San Mateo, California-based role offers an annual base salary of $159,850 to $193,930 USD and requires onsite presence Tuesday through Thursday, with optional Monday and Friday presence.
