Skydio is hiring a Strategic Sourcing Manager to develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-quality drone components, including antennas, connectors, cables, and wire harnesses. The role covers technology and commodity roadmaps, supplier evaluation, market research, contract negotiation, cost and price analysis, RFP/RFI/RFQ management, spend consolidation, forecasting, supplier performance, and coordination with finance. Candidates need strong manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing, negotiation, and cost-modeling experience, along with a technical degree or comparable work experience. The position offers an annual base salary of $139,000 to $198,000, equity, health insurance, paid leave, holiday pay, and a 401(k) plan.
