Description
The Supplier Sourcing Manager will lead supplier on-time delivery and performance improvement, local sourcing, cost reduction, supplier compliance, and supply chain resiliency for assigned categories or commodities in the Vertiv Americas region. The role focuses on the Vertiv Monterrey plant, coordinates with Category Management, Purchasing, Operations, Engineering, Planning, Quality, and other functions, and supports sourcing events, TCO analysis, supplier relationships, and process improvement. It requires a BS/BA in a relevant field, at least three years of sourcing or procurement experience, strong analytical and project-management skills, and up to 20% travel.
