PIP Global Safety is hiring a Strategic Sourcing Manager to own direct-material categories for EMEA manufacturing sites. Reporting to the EMEA Strategic Sourcing Leader, the role leads category strategy, RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, supplier performance, risk mitigation, cost reduction, market intelligence, contracts, and compliance. It is a senior individual-contributor position requiring a master's degree in Procurement or Purchasing, at least four years of similar manufacturing experience, direct-material and industrial-supply-chain expertise, ERP and procurement-system familiarity, English and French fluency, and strong negotiation and analytical skills.
