Description
The Strategic Sourcing Manager will define and execute sourcing strategies for engineered aerospace components, evaluate and onboard suppliers, optimize costs through should-cost modeling and make-vs-buy analysis, negotiate long-term agreements, monitor supply-chain risks, and lead cross-functional supplier onboarding. The role requires at least seven years of strategic sourcing experience in aerospace, automotive, or similar manufacturing environments, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and full-time on-site work in Ohio or California. Visa sponsorship is unavailable, and the position offers a $100,000–$150,000 salary range with medical, dental, and vision insurance.
