Description
Harvey is hiring a Strategic Sourcing Manager for its Finance team to own sourcing for engineering technology and software categories, including cloud infrastructure, data platforms, security and observability tools, developer platforms, and enterprise SaaS. The role leads end-to-end sourcing events, commercial negotiations, contract structuring, renewals, supplier management, and reporting; partners with Engineering, Security, Legal, and FP&A; and develops AI-powered sourcing playbooks. It reports to the Head of Procurement in the San Francisco headquarters office and requires 4–7 years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience, enterprise SaaS or cloud infrastructure negotiation experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with commercial and legal contract terms.
