Description
Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Technology Program Leader to translate strategic technology ideas into business outcomes. The role leads cross-functional technology initiatives from planning and prioritization through implementation, adoption, and measurable results; coordinates technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and procurement partners; supports change management and process improvement; and helps maintain governance, risk controls, and alignment with the technology roadmap. The position requires 5–8+ years of experience leading complex technology projects or transformation initiatives, strong executive communication and influence skills, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
