bbf: is hiring a full-time Strategic Transactions Manager to report to the CEO and work in Limassol or Nicosia. The role structures, coordinates, and executes strategic corporate and real estate transactions; develops transaction structures and commercial terms; coordinates legal, finance, investment, development, and external advisors; prepares transaction documentation and analyses; monitors milestones; and improves transaction governance. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of experience in transactions, corporate finance, M&A, investment, real estate, or transaction advisory, and proven experience structuring and executing complex transactions.
