E&M Technologies, Inc. is hiring a full-time Strategic Wargaming Specialist in Charlottesville, Virginia to support NGIC’s ground forces intelligence and military capabilities analysis. The role designs and executes advanced red-on-green operational and tactical wargames, develops game mechanics and combat resolution systems, applies game theory and multi-agent competition models, evaluates decision-making and game outcomes, and leads workshops with military subject matter experts and government stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 8 years of relevant experience or 12 years of professional military wargaming experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to maintain an appropriate DoD security clearance. The salary is up to $125,000 USD, with up to 10% travel and eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
