Rank Interactive, the digital arm of The Rank Group, is hiring a Strategic Workforce Planning Manager to independently own workforce optimisation across five regulated operational units. The role covers strategic, tactical and operational workforce planning; multi-channel demand forecasting; Erlang and advanced modelling; capacity, cost-to-serve and scenario analysis; workforce management technology; AI and automation impact assessment; regulatory coverage; and capability development across Operations. The position requires at least three years of similar experience, strong Excel and Power BI skills, enterprise workforce management platform experience, regulated-environment experience, and the ability to communicate complex analysis to senior stakeholders.
