Sierra is hiring an Agent Strategist to own the full lifecycle of customer-facing AI agents, from initial scope and conversation design through tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous production iteration. The role partners with enterprise customers and their executives, troubleshoots agent issues, surfaces product opportunities, and translates business goals into effective AI agents. The posting seeks strong customer focus, communication, strategic problem-solving, technical aptitude, and ownership; experience with production AI/LLM agents, agent tooling, RAG, and prompt engineering is preferred.
