The role includes analyzing requirements, managing dependencies and conflicts, establishing traceability and metadata structures, developing governance processes, coordinating stakeholders, and presenting recommendations. The assignment runs from October 12, 2026, through December 31, 2027, with an extension option of up to three years, and requires extensive documented experience in requirements governance, analysis, consulting, project and change management, public-sector assignments, and complex cross-functional work.
